Megan Walker is the retired Executive Director of the London Abused Women’s Centre (Canada) and current Vice-Chair of the London Police Services Board. She has been advocating for the Canadian Criminal Code to define femicide. In this session, we will talk about the importance of terms and definitions and how they impact data collection, reporting, and responses.
